3472675 - SuccessFactors Login page username and password field background is black

Symptom

SuccessFactors Login page, username and password field background is black.

Want to have a white background in these fields as background color for the rest of the login page is also dark.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Theme Manager
  2. Select your theme in use
  3. Login Styles > Login Background
  4. Set the option "use a solid color" to a dark color
  5. Set the option "background type" to dark
  6. Save
  7. Check the SuccessFactors login page > Note the username and password field background is black

Cause

Expected due to the settings used

Resolution

  1. Theme Manager
  2. Select your theme in use
  3. Login Styles > Login Background
  4. Set the option "background type" to light
  5. Save
  6. Check the SuccessFactors login page > Note the username and password field background is white
