3472759 - S4CRM: Issues when displaying BOL TREE attributes

Symptom

  • In the Customer Engagement Center Web-UI the IS-U rate category is not displayed for some IS-U installations.
  • BOL TREE configuration is not working. Installation node is not coming up in the screen.
  • Issue with contract account search performance.
  • For device data two separate technical approaches (and two respective BOL objects) are used.
