3472802 - Purchase Order Item is not visible in the respective Project

You have created a project and purchase order related to the project has been created with multiple line items, but you are unable to see the purchase order items in the respective project.

SAP Business By Design

1. Go to project management work center
2. Select view Projects
3. Open the respective project
4. Select view all
5. Navigate to Products tab
6. You are unable to find the respective purchase order item in this project

The Purchase Order item is assigned to a different project task which can be seen in the account assignment field of the purchase order. Hence, the item is not showing in the correct project .

If the purchase order item is not yet finished, you can manually change the account assignment to the correct project task in the order and select "send update" so that it will reflect in the correct project .
