3472836 - Unable to Remove Data in "Campaign" and "Opportunity" fields at the Same Time

"Save failed" message is displayed when removing data from both Opportunity and Campaign fields

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Go to Sales Quote
2. Remove the data maintained in both Opportunity and Campaign fields
3. Save
4. Message "Save failed" appears

This is a known issue which only occurs when removing both fields without pressing ENTER.

The development team is currently working on a resolution to the issue.

The below workaround can be followed until a fix is implemented:

1. Remove the data from the Opportunity field
2. Press ENTER
3. Remove the data from Campaign
4. Press ENTER
5. Save the Sales Quote
   Or, vise versa

Alternatively remove and save the values of the fields individually.

As of now there is no implementation date for fix. Please use the workaround provided in this KBA until a fix date is confirmed.
