3472889 - Project Invoice Request gets created Automatically again and again for a closed Project

You have a project which is already closed and you have also manually created invoice as well for full quantity, but still project invoice request is getting created automatically every time even when you delete the invoice request in preparation status.

SAP Business By Design

1. Go to Customer Invoicing work center
2. Select Project invoice requests view
3. Select the request which is in status "in preparation"
4. Select delete
5. Again next day , another project invoice request gets created

The project invoice request is created by: Technical User (SAP_SYSTEM), which means it is created by a job run that has been scheduled by the user , hence this schedule is running and creating invoice request automatically every time user deletes the new request. 

Project status will not affect when invoice schedule is set in sales order.

User should first remove the schedule , then delete the project invoice request, so that no more project invoice requests are created automatically from that sales order item. If the sales order item is completely invoiced, then the status of the sales order will also become completed once the schedule is removed.
