3472947 - A Single Email is Sent to Different Role Based Recipients from an Autoflow Rule

Symptom

You created an Autoflow Rule, which is used to send an email to multiple different Role Based Recipients, for example:

  • Processor of Case
  • Account Contact or Individual Customer of Case

You would expect that 2 emails are sent separately, however, you notice that a single email is sent to both recipients, even though one represents an internal agent and the other an external contact or customer.
