3472975 - IBP: SQL Error for IBP_CONSUMPTION Key Figures

After following the documentation according to below help page to use IBP_CONSUMPTION for forecast consumption:

Configuration of the IBP_CONSUMPTION Function 

1 - In attempt to open Forecast Input Key Figures in Excel UI, it returns the below error:

 “SQL execution error

Error with sub-query task 0000 PLAREA __BASELINE” 

forecast consumption mode # not found

 And/or, 

2 - There is an error when opening Projected Stock App.

 And/or, 

3 - Planning jobs are failing.   

Then after reviewing the troubleshooting from help page: Troubleshooting, error still happening.
