3472983 - Sales document not available in Display Line Item General Ledger app

Symptom

Sales order cannot be seen in the app Display Line Items in General Ledger even though document has a sales order.

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud, Public edition

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Open Display Line Items in General Ledger app;
  2. Look for any entry with Sales Order;
  3. The document entries will be displayed but Sales Order will be empty.

Cause

It is default that in some apps the information displayed may differ, in this case, in Display Line Items in General Ledger, no information will get shown for Sales Order.

Resolution

To see the Sales Order it is recommended to use the app Display Line Item Entry.
