This KBA explains how SF Mobile App version and numbering are managed.

• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
• SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking

The SF Mobile App version is formatted in way of A.B.C.

For example, with 1H 2024 release, the SF Mobile app version is 12.0.0 as a major release.

And the version numbering guideline is:

1. Each major release increments the mobile version by 1, where major release refers to the 2 half yearly production release usually in May and November.
2. Each minor release increments the mobile version by 0.1, where minor release refers to the 2 quality release usually in February and August.
3. Each patch release increments the mobile version by 0.0.1, where patch release refers to either quality release in other months than above or patch release if there is a critical defect in the released version.

As for on which date exactly the latest version will be available for customers to download, it cannot be committed by us because it is dependent on app store approvals.

Furthermore, there may be different patch release (point 3) between Android and iOS SF Mobile App versions.
