3473042 - Message "No users found for task" is triggered in the sales quotation workflow

If a sales quotation is created by a user and this user is an approver in the "Workflow for Sales Quotations" at the same time, message "No users found for task" is displayed under the "Approval Details" tab. Besides, no processor is shown for the corresponding workflow step.

In this case, the user who is the approval requester is assigned as the approver. This would mean that the user could approve their own approval requests. To avoid this, these approval requests are not displayed in the "My Inbox" app because the work item does not have an agent and thus no workflow is triggered. 

• Forward the work item to a different approver in the "Work Items Without Agents" app.
• Change the setup of the team so that no approval requester is assigned with an approver role. Ask the approval requester to withdraw the approval request and to save the sales document. This triggers the approval process again.
