3473042 - Message "No Users Found For Task" Triggered in Sales Document Workflow

If a sales document is created by a user and this user is an approver in the workflow for this sales document at the same time, message "No users found for task" is displayed under the "Approval Details" tab of the sales document. Besides, no processor is shown for the corresponding workflow step.

The root cause lies in that the approval requester is assigned also as the workflow approver. In such a circumstance, the workflow will not be triggered because the system will not allow a sales document creator to approve their own approval requests. For this reason, such approval requests will not be displayed in the "My Inbox" app because the work item does not have an agent.

• Change the setup of the team so that no approval requester is assigned with an approver role.
• Forward the work item to a different approver in the "Work Items Without Agents" app.
