There's no planned cost / planned quantity shown in APP 'Order Costs Details - Event-Based' or 'Analyze Production Costs - Event-Based'.

Check whether the parameters are correct, click button 'Set Parameters' via APP 'Order Costs Details - Event-Based'.
Usually the order plan data is saved when releasing the orders, kindly check when the REL status is active via APP 'Display Production Orders', click button 'Header'->'Status Changes'. 
Make sure the 'Fiscal Period From' and 'Fiscal Period To' covers the time where REL status is active via 'Set parameters' button.
