3473177 - 'Service Rendered Date' is uploaded incorrectly in APP 'Manage Direct Activity Allocation - New Version'

Symptom

Use APP 'Manage Direct Activity Allocation - New Version' to upload activity allocation entries,
wrong 'Service Rendered Date' shown in item table after confirming the upload popup screen.
For example, service rendered date is '04/25/2024' in upload template, but shown as '04/24/2024' in the item table.
