3473225 - Set List View as default value in Tickets

Symptom

Grid View shows up as the first recognized value within Tickets and is not as reliable as List View.

Environment

SAP Cloud for Customer Core Application

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Service
  2. Go to Tickets
  3. Open any Ticket
  4. Go to Interactions or Timeline Tab
  5. Grid View is listed as the first View

Cause

Grid View is set as the Default Value.

Resolution

  1. Go to Administrator
  2. Go to Service and Social
  3. Go to Ticket Configuration
  4. Under Fiori Interactions and under Default View on the Dropdown choose List Views.
