3473252 - Mobile Learning – New Learning Experience Offline Content

Support for offline downloaded content is built into the native mobile “Integrated Learning Experience” (ILX) from the 2H 2024 release, via the new My Downloads section. Consistent with the legacy offline learning experience, SCORM 2004 content is unable to be downloaded. If a user selects the “Download Content” action from an ILX assignment card or an item details screen, a download error will result.

• SuccessFactors Mobile App (Android and iOS, v13.0 and higher)

• SCORM 2004 content is not available for offline download, these items are available only when the user is online.
• SCORM 1.2, AICC, AICC Wrapper, and Document are available for mobile Offline learning in My Downloads, if the Admin has opted to enable the setting in LMS.

• If your organization’s policies allow, SCORM 2004 content may be completed using the mobile device’s web browser.

• We are considering offline support for this content as a future enhancement, however, it’s not presently on the near-term roadmap.
