3473255 - How to show survey answers for the columns of question type as "Matrix"

Symptom

In the matrix-type question, there are basically three pieces of information:

  • the main question
  • the "response" for the row
  • the "response" for the column

If you check your survey report, you'll notice that the corresponding result for the column doesn't appear.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to the Business Analytics work center.
  2. Go to the Design Reports view.
  3. Search and open the report that you would like to use.
  4. Run the report.
  5. Notice that the corresponding result for the column the matrix question doesn't appear.

Cause

There is a field named "Rating Description" which will show the results for question type as "Matrix".

Resolution

Add the characteristic "Rating Description" to the report
