This KBA is to briefly explain the steps to create a new Communication Arrangment for IRPA / BPA Bots.

Other potential symptoms where you need to setup the communication arragnement again:

1. issue of logon credentials incorrect for the MangaPOupload webservice when you run the bot, even after resetting the password

For this KBA, we will use the example "ManagePOUpload"

Step 1: Create a New Communication Arrangement

1. Go to Application and User Management Work center
2. Go to Communication Arrangments view
3. Select New button
4. Select the Communication Scenario "ManagePOUpload"

5. Select System Instance ID as applicable to your configuration

6. Edit the credentials and setup the password for first time and note that the password should be seldom changed

Once new communication arrangement is setup use those username and password in your windows credentials which you will be mentioning in the byd-credentials of the bot and run it accordingly.
