1. Configure an SAC Connection to File server following the documentation Allow Data Import and Model Export with a File Server.
2. The Folder Path used should follow the system where SAC Agent is running:

• •  If the agent is running on a Microsoft web application server, the path should follow Windows format. For example: "C:\folder1\folder2" or "\\servername\volume\path".
  • If the agent is running on a Linux system, the path should follow Linux format. For example, "/net/abc/". You would need to mount the Windows drive to the Linux file system, then ensure that the user under which the agent is running has access to the drive.
