Symptom

  • Planning to do installation, system copy, DSS split etc. of SAP Release, which are out maintenance or not supported.
  • It's not possible to reach, download the required media (installation export, kernel, Java-component DVD, R3Setup, etc.) on the link "SAP for Me" - https://me.sap.com/home -  (SAP Portal, SAP Launchpad, Service Marketplace).
  • Request software delivery for software logistics tools (e.g. SWPM tool with lower SP-level), that are out of maintenance and not supported any longer.
