3473432 - Error "An internal error has occurred" Message no. /SCWM/L3100 when GR is posted in Embedded system for ARM delivery

Symptom

During Goods Receipt posting in a return inbound delivery in embedded EWM with ARM (Advanced Returns Management), the following error message appears and prevents GR: "An internal error has occurred" Message no. /SCWM/L3100. The delivery item already has a Q01 Quality Inspection document flow link before Goods Receipt posting, meaning that inspection planning was triggered at an unexpected time.
