3473541 - Permission roles changes applied after the release

Permission role changes applied by "v4admin" after the release. All changes were all effective on 5/18/2024.

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Core

1. Navigate to Manage Permission Roles.

2. View History for any roles last modified on 5/18. (Note the Changed By users)

3. Switch back to legacy role-based permissions.

4. Take action

5. View change history for those same roles. (Note the Changed By user)

System design.

v4admin is a hardcoded inactive user that is used for system processes across the entire SuccessFactors Environment. During the release, there were enhancements in RBP permission that include roles in the activity.

There will be no impact in your instance or in the specific permission roles in your instance.
