3473541 - Permission roles changes applied after the release

After Release, the view history of permission role changes shows all changes were effective on release date.

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Core

• Navigate to Manage Permission Roles.
• View History for any roles last modified on. (Note the Changed By users)
• Switch back to legacy role-based permissions.
• Take action
• View change history for those same roles. (Note the Changed By user)

System design.

• Run the Change Audit Report for the release date and you will observe that the changes were performed by v4admin.
• v4admin is a hardcoded inactive user that is used for system processes across the entire SuccessFactors Environment. During the release, there were enhancements in RBP permission that include roles in the activity.
• There will be no impact in your instance or in the specific permission roles in your instance.
