You've successfully configured ECSC (AskHR) application in your UAT instance and you're migrate the same configuration to Production/Development instance as well.

- Ask HR - Employee Central Service Center (ECSC)

Resolution
As of now, it's not possible to migrate Ask HR configuration with instance refresh between environments. This functionality is not supported yet.
As this is an expected behavior of the Product, the only suggestion We can provide you is to submit an enhancement request via the Influence page.
