3474091 - The "Reset Usage Decision" button is not available in Manage Usage Decisions app

You want to reset the usage decision status of an inspection lot in Manage Usage Decisions app. However, the "Reset Usage Decision" button cannot be seen in the usage decision object page.

SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud

1. Open Manage Usage Decisions app.
2. Search for the inspection lot which you want to change the usage decision status.
3. Enter the usage decision page.
4. The  "Reset Usage Decision" button cannot be seen in the top right corner of the page.

Missing configuration or missing authorization.

To make the  "Reset Usage Decision" button available, the following prerequisites must be fulfilled:

1. The "Reset UD" indicator has been ticked for the inspection type at the plant level in SSCUI 102456 - Maintain Settings at Plant Level.
2. Business catalog SAP_QM_BCG_USAGE_DCSN_EXTD_PC has been assigned to the user.
