3474144 - Manual Time Event in Pending/Declined/Cancelled status can't be paired with other Time Events

When a Manual Time Event is in Pending or Declined or Cancelled status, it doesn't pair with other Time Events. Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental.  

• SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking - Clock In Clock Out

1. Employee creates a Clock In Time Event via web / mobile / terminal, but forgets to clock out. 
2. Employee then creates a Clock Out Manual Time Event, a workflow is triggered for the creation of Manual Time Event. Clock Out Manual Time Event goes to Pending status and doesn't pair with Clock In. 
   
3. Scenario a: manager declined Manual Time Event workflow, Clock Out Manual Time event goes to Declined status and doesn't pair with Clock In. 
   
   Scenario b: employee withdrew Manual Time Event workflow, Clock Out Manual Time event goes to Cancelled status and doesn't pair with Clock In.
   

Manual Time Event is in Pending or Declined or Cancelled status. 

Manual Time Events can only be paired with other time events in Approved / Pending Deletion status.

For pending time event, please change time events approval status to Approved.
