• In T-code DHCDCMON, both the Observer Job and Transfer Job are displayed in red. Clicking the Dispatcher job button has no effect
• In T-code DHCDCMON, the Observer Job is displayed in yellow. Clicking the Dispatcher job button has no effect. The observer job is stuck in Released status in SM37
• The error Observer job is not running appears in the DHCDCMON > Application log
• Observer job is not running after a client copy
