3474166 - Deployment of cloud integration content on SAP Process Orchestration fails with error "Unexpected HTTP response status: 401 Unauthorized"

Symptom

Integration Gateway component has been enabled in SAP Process Integration/Orchestration system. After starting the Cloud Integration Content Management Cockpit (http://[host]:[port]/IGWGBDeploy/Admin), try to deploy Integration Content from Cloud tenant via Destination, the deployment fails with error  "Unexpected HTTP response status: 401 Unauthorized".
