3474167 - Manual Time Events in Pending/Declined/Cancelled status cannot be deleted

1. Employee clocks in via terminal / web / mobile, but forgets to clock out.
2. Employee then creates a clock out Manual Time Event, workflow is triggered for the creation of Manual Time Event. Clock Out Manual Time Event goes to Pending status and cannot be deleted from time sheet UI or Manage Clock In Clock Out.
   
3. Scenario a: manager declined Manual Time Event workflow, Clock Out Manual Time event goes to Declined status and cannot be deleted from time sheet UI or Manage CICO.
   
   Scenario b: employee withdrew Manual Time Event workflow, Clock Out Manual Time event goes to Cancelled status and cannot be deleted from time sheet UI or Manage CICO. 
   
   
   

Manual Time Event is in Pending or Declined or Cancelled or Pending Deletion status. 

• Only Approved status Manual Time Event can be deleted from timesheet UI and Manage Clock In Clock Out.
