3474182 - Alert is not generated in Job & Automation Monitoring

In Job & Automation Monitoring, the data collection and event is enabled for one system. But there is no alert generated for the desired jobs in 'Alerting'.

Here is a sample for Event Type: Critical Execution Status and you confirm everything is configured well for this event like below:

1.   Event filters are configured for the desired job.
      E.g. Parameter 'Job/ Automation Name' is set the desired job name as the same as transaction SM37. And 'Create alert' is enabled in 'Event Action' field.
      In Intelligent Event Processing UI, the event processing rule is generated for this event.

2.   In transaction code SM37 of the affected ABAP system, this job is canceled.

3.   In Monitoring of Job & Automation Monitoring UI, 'Execution Status' of this job are collected as "Canceled" on time. But no alert is triggered.
