3474201 - Fail to call Service Layer through SAP Business One Web Client UI API extension

Symptom

When calling Service Layer through SAP Business One Web Client UI API extension, error occurs:

"500 Internal Server Error".

The following error can be found in Web Client log file "gate.txt":

"2024-05-24 09:14:35 [reactor-http-nio-7] ERROR o.s.b.a.w.r.e.AbstractErrorWebExceptionHandler - [3ed82bf7-xxx] 500 Server Error for HTTP GET "/svc1/b1s/v2/CompanyService_GetCompanyInfo" java.net.UnknownHostException: Failed to resolve 'xxx.xxx.xxx'"
