3474207 - Utilizing fields from document item and header for output determination.

Symptom

To determine outputs based on item fields, user exits USEREXIT_KOMPBV3_FILL or USEREXIT_KOMKBV3_FILL is used to supply the necessary fields. However, the system does not generate the output in the billing output.
