3474273 - AutoNavi Map is not working as expected

The AutoNavi Map doesn't display the locations for the Map View of any OWLs.

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Navigate to any work center.
2. Switch to Map view.
3. The locations do not show up on the map.

The AutoNavi Map is not activated with a valid API key and a security key.

1. Open developer tools of the browser.
2. Reproduce the issue.
3. Check whether the error code is INVALID_USER_SCODE in the response payload. Note: If the error code is not INVALID_USER_SCODE, then the KBA will not be of help. However you can still refer to the content here. (FYI: Description of the error code)
   
   
   
   
4. Please be aware that keys applied after December 2, 2021 must be used with a security key, as claimed in the AutoNavi Map Help Doc. Please follow the KBA 3414767 to apply for an API key and activate the AutoNavi Map.
