3474357 - BADI_RECA_PROCESS: Process step status is not shown as 'Error'

Symptom

An implementation of BADI_RECA_PROCESS, method IS_STEP_EXECUTABLE, had been created to prevent the processing of a specific process step of a RE-FX process depending on custom conditions according to SAP Note 1074094.

The BAdI implementation is raising error messages which are added to the error log.

However, the status of the process step in the step overview does not change to 'Error' but shows 'Not yet started'.
