3474373 - Error "No address associated with hostname" while using OAuth2 Client Credentials Security Material in SAP Cloud Integration

Symptom

Cloud Integration flow calls an endpoint with Oauth2 Client Credentials authentication. In this iflow , the Oauth2 Client Credentials artifact is configured to call an on-premise token provider, which fails with below error:
 
com.google.common.util.concurrent.UncheckedExecutionException: java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Exception occured while fetching OAuth Token. Reason: {hostname-of-called-token-provider-endpoint}: No address associated with hostname, cause: java.net.UnknownHostException: {hostname-of-called-token-provider-endpoint}: No address associated with hostname
