Symptom
You cannot find any settings for Groupware Integration In SAP Service Cloud V2.
Environment
SAP Service Cloud Version 2
Reproducing the Issue
In the Settings screen, you search for Groupware and it does not appear.
Resolution
Groupware is not offered as part of the Service Cloud V2. This is expected.
It will be necessary to purchase Sales Capabilities in order to use the groupware Integration functionality.
