3474700 - Start button in the certificate request via RP_PAYDE_B2A_SV_CERT_REQUEST report is not working after SAP GUI 8.00 upgrading

Symptom

The start button on the initial screen of the report RP_PAYDE_B2A_SV_CERT_REQUEST or Transaction HRPAYDE_B2A_SV_CERT don't work.
In the past (~September 2023), user was able to use this transaction to successfully renew a certificate or view the status of the certificate, but now nothing happens when choosing "Start".
