3474734 - Commitment value in Purchase Requisition

There's still commitment value exist in Purchase Requisition(PR) when it's converted to Purchase Order(PO).

The related commitment of the PR will be reduced, and the commitment of the PO will be created. Note that

• the commitment amount could be different in PR and PO, because the valuation price in PR and price in PO could be different
• only the converted part of the PR will be considered. After the conversion, PR could still have open commitment, if not all pieces of the PR have been converted to PO. 
• Kindly check whether there are "open quantity" under the PR item - Quantity and Date tab. If there is no open piece in the PR, hence open commitment for the PR should be 0.
