You are unable to Edit a Local Form Template because the Edit button is not clickable / grayed out.
Environment
SAP Cloud for Customer
Reproducing the Issue
- Go to the Administrator work center.
- Select the Local Form Template Maintenance option.
- Select your Template. The Edit button is greyed out.
Cause
The template is on Published Status.
Resolution
By default the system allows only to edit a Template which is in Draft. To edit a Published one, a new draft version must be created or an already existing draft should be used.
