3474746 - Cannot Delete User From the SAP Sales and Service Cloud V2 System

You would like to know if it is possible to delete a business user from SAP Sales and Service Cloud V2 system.

• SAP Service Cloud v2
• SAP Sales Cloud v2

The action of deleting business users is not supported.

The solution is to set the user as obsolete by:

• Changing the "Valid to" field of employee associated with the user to a past date from employee screen.
• Changing the "Valid Until" field of a user to past date from user detail screen.

Then, users that are not valid will be filtered out in the value help of business documents and will not be able to log in to the system anymore.
