Substitution function is not working during project settlement process.

It is not possible, for example to enhance the receiver with a statistical additional account assignment for the above-mentioned automatic CO-internal postings (settlement, assessment ...).

The reason for this is that allocations run automatically for these transactions - unlike the manual dialog transactions - according to rules determined in Customizing (for example, settlement rule, assessment cycle).
These rules must not be annulled by a later substitution if, for example, the receiver defined in the settlement rule is replaced by another object. Serious database inconsistencies could result especially since substitution is carried out at a very late date at which time a consistency check of the changed fields is no longer possible.

This is a standard behavior.
