Symptom

The number of entries in T-code S_AL0_19000047 differs between SAP S/4HANA 2022 and 2023. In SAP S/4HANA 2023, all defined plants are displayed, while in SAP S/4HANA 2022, only the plants assigned a Business Place are displayed.
