Symptom

  • The messages sent from SAP Field Service Management to SAP C4C are not being processed promptly.
  • There is a significant delay in processing inbound messages in SAP C4C.
  • The inbound messages in SAP C4C are stuck in the "Waiting" status.
  • An error message is displayed: "Next Retry No: 1 At: 20240521 072222 Max. Retry No: 7"
  • A more detailed error message is also visible: "Locking object not possible; object locked by _XYZ(_XYZ)"
