SAP Knowledge Base Article - PreviewSymptom
The Message Monitor is showing certain number of messages that are in Hold status.
When trying to search for those messages using XPI 40 to cancel/restart them as per SAP Note: 2227898 - Holding status: finding the blocking message, the following error is shown "XI Message not found".
Whilst try to search for them in "http://<hostname>:<port>/MessagingSystem", the messages are also not found under the search criteria.
The Message Monitor may also show the following notification: There are no messages for the current filter criteria.
