3475032 - Error message no. HCM_CATS_TS_MSG028 occurs when posting time via the Manage My Timesheet app for a contingent worker

When recording time for a service performer, the user is getting the error "Time booking for Purchase Order 1234 is exceeded".

1. Open the Manage My Timesheet app.
2. Try to book time for the service performer (contingent worker).
3. Receive the warning when submitting hours that exceed the PO quantity.

When logging time for a contingent worker, for a purchase order, the timesheet does not consider the overdelivery flag available in the Manage Purchase Orders app.

Increase the Purchase Order quantity to align with the hours being recorded by the contingent worker, ensuring that the amount is not exceeded.
