3475068 - S4CRM: SAP Fiori apps cannot be opened from Customer Engagement using a One-Click-Action

Symptom

  • Fiori application is customized using an action profile and the action parameter UI_NEW_WINDOW = 'X' is set.
    This parameter works for the transaction starters but not for the FIORI application.
  • The integration and navigation to an SAP Fiori app does not work. When clicking on a one-click-action (OCA) configured in this way, nothing happens.
