3475075 - Search Returns Incorrect user on Spotlight View

1. Global Search Returns Incorrect Employees on Spotlight View.
2. The display photo of the person in the Profile Preview is not of the expected user.
3. On navigating to the Full Profile > Profile Preview, the name of the user is different.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - Employee Profile

1. Login to instance and search user abc under Global search.
2. Global search shows abc but Spotlight view shows another user xyz with profile picture of xyz instead of 'abc'.
3. Click the full profile > Profile preview > shows the user xyz.

This is caused by a data issue. where by users not having Unique UUIDs

We provide a check tool which will highlight which users have none unique UUIDs. 

1. Navigate to the Check Tool 
2. Select the System health tab
3. Select the Application: Person Identifier and search for Title: Each person has a unique UUID. 
4. Here you will see a list of impacted users 
5. A Quick Fix is available to correct this issue for the impacted users.
