3475101 - Commenting function does not work with BW Live Connection

You want to use the BW Document Store Integration in a SAC story with a Live model. When trying to create a comment, message "SAP BW add comment request failed. Please check SAP BW request for more details" is shown. An error popup is shown with error message "Adding comments failed. Please contact SAP support."

Try to add a data point comment.

In a network trace, the response for the corresponding request, that was sent to BW service "sap/bw/ina/Documents" contains error "Service cannot be reached".

In the corresponding BW system ensure, that ICF service "sap/bw/ina/Documents" was activated.

1) Start transaction SICF
2) Navigate to path "default_host/sap/bw/ina" and check, whether service "Documents" was activated.
3) If it was not activated (light grey), right click on it and choose "Activate Service".

Then try again to create a comment in SAC.
