3475158 - Calculate sales overhead in MTO production

• Is this function supported in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition where overhead can be allocated to a sales order item? 
• There is a requirement to calculate and post actuals sales overhead for a sales order item as receiver cost object in a Make-To-Order-Scenario. The sales overhead should be calculated with a costing sheet and should have the cost of goods manufactured as basis.

There is a plan to open configuration for relevancy for inventory valuation in cost component configuration. Nevertheless, a workaround exists which can be used for now. 

There is a pre-delivered cost component 305 'SalesAndAdminstrativeOverhead'. This cost component is marked as not relevant for inventory valuation. If new cost components are created by copying this existing cost component, the settings are also copied.
