Job was created in Integration Center to change the login method to PWD during Onboarding, but it doesn't work for some candidates.

Cause
Affected candidates has backdated start date.
Resolution
Once working with intelligent services, it will always consider the effective date to run the job. Once the start date for some candidates is backdated, this will cause the SSO option to not be changed to PWD. It's a currently system limitation.
