3475189 - Text-related change log is created every time the central contract is changed, even if a different attribute is changed

Symptom

When a central contract, which has header or item texts maintained, is changed, every time the purchaser changes the contract and distributes it, the change log will show a new text-related change in the Change log in the connected system.
