3475190 - 'Document info record' Migration Object ignores document version maintained

• DIR Migration Object ignores document version if version 00 does not exist
• Document Info Record created successfully after using  'Document info record' Migration Object but with wrong , different document version from what was maintained in template

1. Upload the Template for Document info record with a Document maintained with version 00 in the Migrate Your Data app
2. Migrate the data and check no errors occured
3. In the Manage Documents app or Display Document , the DIR is created but with version 01 instead of 00

The behaviour is determined from the customizing flag 'Version Number Increment' in the Configuration Activity Define DMS Document Types 101090 for the DMS Document Type involved

If version type is maintained as 00-99 and the version assignment flag is set : By default the first created DIR is of 00.
If version type is maintained as 01-99 and the version assignment flag is set : By default the first created DIR is 01.
As a variation to both the cases above, if version assignment flag is not checked then by whatever the user specifies will be taken as the version to create with.
