3475198 - All costs on the WBS elements not considered at the time of settlement

• After performing month end settlement of the WBS elements using the app 'Run Settlement - Actuals', there are still costs left out on the WBS and are not settled.
• The actual costs seen in the app 'Project Budget Report' and the amount settled for the project/WBS element are different.

The costs seen on the WBS element are the statistical postings.

Statistical costs on the WBS element are not considered for settlement. 

Statistical costs can be checked/identified in the app 'Projects- Plan/Actuals' or 'Projects - Actuals', by checking the field 'WBS Element is Stat.' = 'X'.
